Peter Kasyjanski, DPM, FACFAS, is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon in practice since 1999.

Dr. Kasyjanski was born and raised on Long Island, NY. After high school, Dr. Kasyjanski attended SUNY at Albany, NY, where he graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology. Medical school followed at Temple University College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA where Dr. Kasyjanski achieved his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine and graduated with honors in the top 10% of his class, earning him recognition in Who's Who Among Students in America's Colleges and Universities.

Dr. Kasyjanski continued his training at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in NY with a three-year podiatric surgical residency focused on all aspects of foot and ankle deformities, including reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kasyjanski was chosen to be Chief Resident of the entire podiatric residency program, overseeing 59 podiatric residents at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center—one of the largest podiatric residency programs in the country.

Dr Kasyjanski continued his career in podiatry in private practice in Manchester, NH. He is board certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and is a Fellow of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Kasyjanski is affiliated with Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH and also serves as Chief of Podiatry at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH.

In his spare time Dr. Kasyjanski enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and 3 children: Jack, Emma and Austin. He also enjoys traveling, physical fitness and golf.

Kristin Visco, DPM, FACFAS is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon in practice since 2013.

Dr. Visco was born and raised in Winthop, MA, a small coastal town just north of Boston. After graduating as valedictorian from her high school, Dr. Visco attended Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT where she graduated cum laude, and with distinction from the honors program, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology. Dr. Visco then relocated to NYC to attend New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she graduated fifth in her class, graduating with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2013. Dr. Visco’s postgraduate training took place at New York Presbyterian-Queens (a Level 1 Certified Trauma Center). She completed a rigorous residency focused in reconstructive and elective surgery of the foot and ankle. She also completed multiple educational courses in internal fixation as well as arthroscopic surgery.

Dr. Visco is board qualified in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is affiliated with both Catholic Medical Center, and Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH.

In her free time, Dr. Visco enjoys going to the beach, cooking, traveling and cheering on New England Sports teams.

Breton Fox, DPM, AACFAS, is a board-qualified podiatric physician and surgeon in practice since 2018.

Dr. Fox was born and raised just outside of Minneapolis, MN. He attended Iowa State University in Ames, earning a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in their Division I athletics program. Dr. Fox subsequently worked in the emergency department of a rural Minnesota hospital. Dr. Fox then attended Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Iowa, where he graduated with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2018. His postgraduate training included a residency at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington, VT. This three-year program focused on foot and ankle pathologies, with an emphasis on reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage. In his final year of residency, Dr. Fox was elected by his peers to be Chief Resident of the podiatric surgical residency program.

Dr. Fox is board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is affiliated with Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH.

In his spare time, Dr. Fox enjoys live music and spending time with family. He also loves to hike and backpack, read, and draw.
