Dr. Kristin Visco was born and raised in Winthop, MA, a small coastal town just north of Boston. After graduating valedictorian from her high school class, Dr. Visco attended Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT where she graduated cum laude with a degree in Molecular Biology as well as with distinction from the honors program. She was an active member of the biology community; providing tutoring services and serving as a peer learning group leader for freshman biology students.
Following Fairfield, Dr. Visco relocated to NYC to pursue her career in podiatry. She attended New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she graduated fifth in her class. After earning her degree as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Visco went on to continue her training at New York Presbyterian Queens. During residency, Dr. Visco was comprehensively trained in reconstructive and elective surgery of the foot and ankle at a Level-1 Trauma Center. She completed multiple educational courses focusing on both internal fixation as well as arthroscopic surgery.
Dr. Visco has continued her podiatric career by joining a private practice in Manchester, NH. She is currently an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and board qualified in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Visco is excited to join Granite State Podiatry and begin serving the people of southern New Hampshire.
In her free time Dr. Visco enjoys going to the beach, cooking, traveling and cheering on New England Sports teams
